March Slide Show from Dierk Haasis

The theme of this collection ofimages from Dierk Haasis is sports, and the subjects treated include humans, humans and machines, and humans with animals. Don't miss the exciting sequence of images in which a mounted rider jumps a steeple-chase-type of fence barrier. It is almost like experiencing video. Some of my old favorites are here, too -- motorcycles and bicycle races. Not to mention soccer participants (football to my European friends).

February Dandelions

In my driveway on the morning of February 19, 2013. Beneath the forsythia hedge on the Lipscomb University campus.

Mid-February in My Back Yard

Nandena berries hanging on.

By the back porch.

And new leaves just trying their wings.
