November, as Dierk Haasis sees it

In his latest slide show there are images of gray November days. But we are cheered by a bit of humor when he catches an umbrella in an unlikely place and also warmed by the beautiful color in his close-ups of flowers and in yet another view of the Japanese teahouse in a Hamburg park. Don't miss the lovely angel statue or the view of the Easter Island sculpture near St. Michael's Church. They are among the many Hamburg scenes he affords us in the selections he's made for our enjoyment in November. The title and text accompanying the show reads: "November draussen grau aber in der Galerie gibt es Farbe und Freude." And it is so true. It's November and gray outside. The show is typically varied in subjects and in style, so I think there's something in it to please everyone. I'd like to step inside the Japanese teahouse and have a cup of tea there, this morning.
